Ashley Fields is a passionate music teacher and musician, specialising in the alternative rock and acoustic singer songwriter style from Hemel Hempstead Hertfordshire UK.
Now with over 20 years under Ashley’s belt of performing and writing in a variety of rock bands Ashley’s is making it his life’s work to inspire all ages to pick up an instrument and share the joys of playing music.
Ashley has been teaching since 2008 for ages 8 – 70+ now with 15+ years teaching experience and qualifications in Music Technology from West Herts college.
Ashley’s guitar Lessons are tailored to your taste in music ensuring lessons are fun and relaxed.
Ashley’s aim is to teach you to play along to the music you love, as quick and as easy as possible. Learning songs you love and sharing that experience is where the magic is.
Ashley’s writing style combines an array of acoustic, percussive and melodious rock styles from some of the biggest artists such as Foo Fighters, Biffy Clyro, Green Day, Fatherson, Charlie Simpson, John Mayer and Jon Gomm.
Ashley’s passion for music started at the early age of 10 when Ashley first picked up the acoustic guitar after being inspired by the music from his Father and Uncle’s acoustic song writing duo ‘Art Decoder’
By 14 Ashley formed his first band at school covering music from the massive punk rock and alternative scene from the 90’s and 2000’s and has not looked back since! It wasn’t long before original music became the forefront of Ashley’s passion for music.
Ashley has been releasing original music via streaming services since January 2018 with his first single ‘Concrete.’
